Use this form to book a stall for your business, charity or organisation! 

Please be aware that there is a minimum fee of £50 for business stalls.

Your booking is not confirmed until we contact you – please email us at digital@klwnpride.org if you have not had confirmation within 5 working days. 

Note: We can only offer stalls to those with Public Liability Insurance. This is not our requirement, but a requirement of the KLWN Borough Council. 

Please be aware: You cannot set up your stall on site between the hours of 09:00 and 10:00 due to the local Park Run taking place.
