King's Lynn & West Norfolk Pride

We're more than a yearly parade and party in the park. We're a movement that's rooted in King's Lynn and West Norfolk, fighting for visibility, inclusion and justice every day.

KLWN Pride is a volunteer-run organisation that champions the LGBTQIA+ community across West Norfolk. Our mission is bold and urgent: to build a year-round network of support, celebration, education and advocacy for every queer person in West Norfolk, and the allies who stand with us.

We're here to make sure that local queer voices are heard, our history is visible, our future is protected, and that noone gets left behind.

What do we do?

We connect. We challenge. We care, and we do it all with pride.

Community Events

From our annual Pride Parade & Party in the Park to pop-ups, meet-ups and cultural celebrations.

Queer Storytelling

We seek to elevate the lived experiences of local queer people across our platforms through interviews, creative work articles.

Education and Resources

We share information around health, your rights and what support services are available as well as seeking to educate the public on our community.

Advocacy

We’re not afraid to speak truth to power on policies and systems that directly affect the lives of LGBTQIA+ individuals across West Norfolk.

Our Commitment

We are unapologetically local and radically inclusive. We know that representation matters, especially in rural and coastal areas where living proudly can still feel unsafe. That’s why everything we do centres around the following:

Year Round Support And Engagement

Not just one-off events.

Authentic Representation

Not just rainbow-washing.

Giving Our Community A Voice

not just top-down agendas.
