We can’t wait to welcome you all to our annual Party in the Park for 2026!

There are some key things we need you to know:

  1. Arrival is from 10am on the 15th of August, 2026. This is not our rule, it’s a rule from the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk. Entry is from the far side of The Walks, near the train line and opposite the Spar shop.
  2. On arrival, you will be directed to your pitch. Your car can remain on site, but it must be as close to your pitch as possible. We have a responsibility to ensure emergency vehicles have good access to the site.
  3. There is no car movement on site from 11am to 6pm. If you need to leave before 6pm, please park your car offsite. This is not our rule, it is a Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk rule.
  4. Payment must be made on the day for your pitch. Receipts will be provided, and if you require a more formal invoice, this can be provided the next working day (Monday 17th August 2026). You can pay by cash, or by card.
  5. Have fun! Our community loves interacting with vendors on the day, so remember to have fun with it!
